"As a business owner, it is always important to know the numbers and statistics in your company. To know your best clients, programs, what is working or not working. Many of us spend years and thousands of dollars on software that we think will help, and spend too much money, time and effort to implement. And if we can’t understand it all, we have to invest/pay another person to understand and implement it all.

As a subscriber to multiple software platforms to keep our businesses at the forefront of the industry, I can truly share this software developed by High Level, makes my job as the CEO a simpler one. Meaning I can see new clients coming in the door from multiple resources, our company follow up, conversions, current client’s information, sales, and special offers in one place."

01Who we are

ESLU Strategies Inc ("ESLU," "we," "us") is a management consulting firm incorporated in Florida, with its principal office at 1002 NW 36th St, Unit 1014, Miami, FL 33127.

This policy applies to personal information we collect through eslustrategies.com (the "Site"), our forms, scheduling tools, email, text messages and phone calls, and in the course of providing our consulting services. By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here.

02Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, company, job title, email address, phone number, mailing address, and anything you include in a contact form, consultation request, survey, email, text message or event registration.

Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent, referring website and general location, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

Information from others: details shared with us by referral partners, scheduling and calendar tools, social media platforms when you interact with our pages, and publicly available business sources.

Client information: when we work with a client, we may receive personal information about its owners, employees, customers or suppliers. We handle it under our client agreement and use it only to deliver our services.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, health information or financial account numbers through the Site. Please do not send it to us unless we have asked for it through a secure method.

03How we use information

We use personal information to: respond to inquiries and schedule consultations; prepare proposals, agreements and invoices; deliver and improve our services; send appointment reminders and service updates; send newsletters and marketing you have agreed to receive; understand how the Site is used and improve it; measure the performance of our advertising; prevent fraud and protect the security of our systems; comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations; and enforce our agreements and protect our rights.

04Text messages and phone calls

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, ESLU may send you messages about appointments, consultations, follow-ups and, if you opt in, offers and updates. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at [email protected].

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third party, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.

Calls with ESLU may be recorded or transcribed for quality, training and record-keeping, and we will tell you at the start of the call when they are.

05Email communications

We send service and transactional emails related to your inquiry or engagement. If you subscribe to our newsletter or updates, every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-out requests promptly. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional emails about an active engagement.

06Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Site to work, that help us understand how visitors use it (analytics, such as Google Analytics), and that help us measure and improve our advertising (such as the Meta Pixel or similar tools), where enabled.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and opt out of interest-based advertising through tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and your Google and Meta ad settings. Disabling cookies may affect how the Site works. The Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

07How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

Service providers that help us run our business, such as website and CRM hosting, email and text-message delivery, scheduling, payment processing, accounting, analytics and IT support. They may use it only to provide services to us and must protect it.

Professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants and insurers, under duties of confidentiality.

Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of ESLU, our clients or others.

Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.

With your consent or at your direction.

08Client confidential information

Information that clients share with us during an engagement, including financial statements, plans and employee data, is treated as confidential under our client agreements. We use it only to perform the services, limit access to the people who need it, and return or destroy it at the end of the engagement when requested, except copies we must keep by law.

09Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy: inquiry and marketing records until you opt out or they are no longer useful; client and engagement records for the duration of the engagement and for up to seven years afterward to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements; and as longer required by law or to resolve disputes.

10Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including access controls, encrypted connections and reputable service providers, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a breach of security affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law, including Section 501.171 of the Florida Statutes.

11Your rights and choices

You may ask us to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; delete your information, subject to legal exceptions; and stop sending you marketing emails or text messages.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law, such as obtaining a copy of your data or appealing our decision on a request. We will honor those rights where they apply.

To make a request, email [email protected] or write to us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

12Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or embed third-party websites and tools, such as scheduling widgets, maps, videos and social media. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

13Children's privacy

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
