Give growing businesses a clear strategic path and the structure to follow it.
ESLU Strategies is a management consulting firm built for small and mid-sized businesses: owners and leadership teams ready to grow with structure, focus and a clear plan.
Large corporations have strategy teams, operating models and advisers on call. Most growing businesses have an owner and a handful of leaders carrying everything at once, making high-stakes decisions without the time or structure to step back.
ESLU Strategies was founded in Miami in 2026 to close that gap. We bring the discipline of top-tier consulting to small and mid-sized businesses, sized to their stage, their budget and their goals, and we stay involved until the plan becomes results.
Good advice is only the beginning. Our work is measured by what changes in your business.
Give growing businesses a clear strategic path and the structure to follow it.
To be the trusted strategy partner for Miami's small and mid-sized businesses, and a model for how consulting should work.
Luis founded ESLU Strategies with a simple conviction: every growing business deserves the same quality of strategic thinking that large companies take for granted.
He leads every engagement personally, working side by side with owners and leadership teams to diagnose what is holding the business back, set clear priorities and build the structure to deliver on them.
Our role is to give you a clear plan and the structure to deliver it.
How we work matters as much as what we recommend. These six values guide every conversation, decision and deliverable.
Honest advice, even when it isn't what you want to hear.
Plain language, clear priorities and no jargon, so every decision is easy to act on.
We define success up front and own our part in reaching it.
Your numbers, plans and people stay protected, always.
We work alongside your team, not above it, from first meeting to final result.
Top-tier quality in every deliverable, sized to your stage and budget.
From a focused diagnostic to interim executive leadership, choose the level of support you need across ten practice areas, then scale as your business grows.
Choose one engagement or combine several into a tailored plan. Each one comes with a clear scope, a defined timeline and deliverables you can hold us to.
A focused assessment of the business that shows what is working, what is holding you back, and where to act first.
Fixed-scope engagements that solve a defined challenge in operations, organization design or strategy.
Ongoing strategic advice from a trusted adviser who knows your business and stays close to the numbers.
Part-time executive leadership that fills a gap at the top while you hire, grow or restructure.
Facilitated working sessions that get your leadership team aligned on decisions, priorities and next steps.
Fees tied to measured savings or revenue gains, with the baseline and method agreed before work begins.
Ranges and durations are typical estimates for small and mid-sized clients. They are not fixed prices; binding fees and timelines are set in a signed Statement of Work.
Ten practice areas cover the decisions that shape a growing company. Find the challenge that sounds familiar, and see how we approach it.
No clear direction, or goals that never translate into action.
Rising costs, bottlenecks and work that depends on one person.
Unclear roles, too many direct reports and growth outpacing structure.
Resistance to change, turnover and no plan for who leads next.
Thin margins, unreliable forecasts and no clear view of the numbers.
Disconnected tools, manual work and data you can't trust.
Compliance gaps, no continuity plan and decisions without oversight.
Projects running late, over budget or stalled halfway.
Flat sales, unclear market fit and launches that don't land.
Owners stretched thin and leadership gaps at the top.
The most common questions we hear from owners and leadership teams before we start working together.

Most clients begin with a Diagnostic. It gives you a clear picture of what is holding the business back and a prioritized roadmap, and from there we recommend whether a Project, Retainer, Interim leadership or a combination fits best. If you already know the challenge, we can scope a Project directly.
Our published ranges are typical estimates for small and mid-sized businesses: Diagnostics from $2,500, Workshops from $2,000 per day, Retainers from $3,000 per month, and Projects from $10,000. Every engagement is quoted individually, and the binding fee is set in a signed Statement of Work before any work begins.
A Diagnostic typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, Workshops 1 to 2 days, and Projects 1 to 6 months depending on scope. Retainers and Interim leadership run month to month or for an agreed term. The timeline for your engagement is confirmed in your Statement of Work.
We sign a mutual nondisclosure agreement before you share any sensitive information, and confidentiality obligations are built into our client agreement. Your financials, plans and employee data are used only to deliver our services and are returned or destroyed at the end of the engagement on request.
We agree on a measurable baseline before work begins, such as current costs or revenue. Our fee is then a set percentage, typically 10% to 30%, of the verified improvement over an agreed period. If there is no measurable improvement, there is no performance fee. We never guarantee specific results.
Yes. We work alongside your owners, managers and staff, not around them. The goal is to build capability inside your business so the improvements last after our engagement ends.
No. ESLU provides management consulting and strategic advice. For legal, tax, audit or investment matters, we coordinate with your licensed advisers so recommendations fit together.
